Today's Guest- Bruce Werner

He is the managing director of Kona Advisors, which provides advisory services to owners and investors of private and family-owned companies. Bruce writes and speaks on boardroom issues of concern to private and family businesses. He serves as the chairman of the director development and referral program for the private Director Association. Bruce has acted as a principal or consultant to several investment firms. 

 He also co-founded a technology company that developed proprietary products for the engineering workstation market. Bruce earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, earned an IBM fellowship graduated from Stanford University with an MS degree and manufacturing systems engineering and completed his MS management degree at MIT Sloan School.

Bruce is also the author of Your Ownership Journey.
